Subsidy SG
Subsidy SG: A voucher app for the less privileged to access vouchers for their daily needs. This was my graduation project for The Google UX Design Certificate.
Challenge: In an ongoing digital world, Subsidy Sg has identified that most printed paper vouchers go to waste. Also, they realised that most individuals they help would appreciate if there was a digital solution or wallet where they can access all their subsidy vouchers in one place
Solution: Design an app/responsive website to help the agency to create, issue and track the redemption of digital vouchers issued to the less privileged.
After collating all my user studies and low fidelity prototypes. I began designing for the mobile app. I also worked on designing the responsive websites for mobile, desktop and iPad to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across devices.
The Stitchery
Design a responsive website and mobile app  for The Stitchery (A Trendy Local Tailor).
Challenge: The Stitchery is a family owned trendy tailor business. The brand relies heavily on walk-in clients for business at their physical store but have noticed a drop in customers with the ongoing pandemic and realised that they are losing out on sales that could be generated online.
Solution: They have approached me to create a website to compliment their app to promote their online shopping presence, improve sales and embrace new customers who prefer shopping online.
After collating all my user studies and low fidelity prototypes test results . I began designing the mobile app on Figma. I also attempted to design the mobile site on Adobe XD.
